It’s 57 degrees and bluebird outside, but i just frittered away my riding time at this place:

chiroever since the Great Compost Shoveling Disaster of 2008 I find myself fighting a few back issues. Dr. Keith makes it better. He’s also a godsend for the arm issues that resulted from the Great Rigid Fork Weekend of 2009.

I’m lucky to have unlimited chiro visits as part of my insurance for the low, low copay of $15 (plus the $100’s of dollars each month that I pay for the privilege of insuring the family).  It’s pretty much the only type of doctor visit that’s affordable with my insurance - as evidenced by the Great Heart-Rate Problem of 2008, and I might as well go as often as I can before they yank this benefit.
